QUALIFICATIONS OF PARTICIPANTS
- EXCLUSIVE to registered and carded members of ROYCE CASINO REWARDS. (Non- members may register at the Rewards Center to qualify for the promotion)
- Member should provide full profile details, government issued i.d., birth date, permanent address, contact number and recent picture. Otherwise player will not be qualified to the promotion.
- Individual must be 21 years old and above.
- Junket or players under any rolling program are not eligible to the promotion.
HOW TO JOIN
- Interested patrons may REGISTER at the Rewards Center for Casino Rewards Membership.
- Registered patrons should present membership card and play any table games or slot machines to earn / acquire raffle tickets.
- This program/promotion is not valid with any other program or cannot be combined with any other offer.
MECHANICS
- Tickets are non-transferable and non-assignable to relatives, representatives, agents or financiers of players. If proven transferred, tickets of both players will be disqualified for the duration of the promotion and upcoming promotions of the casino.
- Qualified players who refuse to join the promotion may not assign, transfer, give or donate raffle tickets to anyone.
- Casino Rewards Members should not insert their rewards card in the slot machines of other players or have their membership cards swiped at the table games terminal on behalf of other players to earn raffle tickets (point pickers). If proven, all tickets (claimed and unclaimed) of said member will be disqualified for the duration of the promotion and upcoming promotions of the casino.
- Tickets are valid only within the period where “qualifying points” were earned as shown on table below.

Example: Points earned per day from Sunday (6am) to Monday (5am), equivalent raffle tickets are valid only on Tuesday Raffle Day.
CLAIM STUBS
- Players will be issued serialized claim stubs (for raffle tickets earned per qualifying period) with date of issuance by the gaming & slot department and should personally redeem their raffle tickets at the redemption center.
- Claim stubs are valid within the period they were earned and should be redeemed prior to cut-off time for releasing of entries after each earning period.
- Claim stubs should bear all the necessary details and with the signature of authorized table or slot personnel.
- Claim stubs with erasures will be considered void.
- All claim stubs after the cut-off time for releasing of entries will be considered void.
- Player may assign a representative to claim raffle tickets in their behalf but may not transfer raffle tickets in the name of the representative and an authorization letter should be submitted to Casino Marketing.
NOTE:
- Ex.Sunday(6am)toMonday (5am) day of play, participant must claim raffle tickets on or before Monday (4pm).
- Unclaimed raffle tickets will be considered “Null & Void”.
- There will be no Friday & Sunday Raffle draws before and after scheduled Mid-Month & Month End Draws (Saturday). Tickets earned on those particular days are valid on the succeeding Friday draw.

MID-MONTH DRAW
5. In the MID-MONTH DRAW, there will be two (2) winners of Five Hundred Thousand Pesos each. One (1) from the slot tambiolo and one (1) from table tambiolo.
6. If the (1st Winner) will be drawn from the Slot Tambiolo, the 2nd Winner of Five Hundred Thousand Pesos will AUTOMATICALLY be drawn from the Table Tambiolo or vice versa.
MONTH-END DRAW
A. In the MONTH-END DRAW, there will only be one (1) winner of One Million Pesos. Winning ticket will be drawn either from the table or slot tambiolo and will be determined by the “air-tambiolo”
QUARTERLY DRAW
A. There will be (1) winner of one (1) brand new car in the quarterly draw. Winning ticket will be drawn either from the table or slot tambiolo and will be determined by the “air-tambiolo”.
AIR TAMBIOLO RE-DRAW
- If winning participant is not physically present, a re-draw of one (1) colored ball from the “air-tambiolo” will take place to draw another winner.
- If participant’s name has been drawn twice, the prize with the higher value will be awarded, and a re-draw of one (1) colored ball from the “air-tambiolo” will take place to award the previous prize.
TERMS & CONDITIONS
- Winners agree to participate in any publicity photo or other media arrangements made by ROYCE HOTEL AND CASINO in connection with announcing the winners to the general public.
- Employees of ROYCE HOTEL AND CASINO, RGB Limited and their relatives up to 1st degree of consanguinity and affinity are disqualified from joining the promotion.
- Participants must be in good standing with Royce Hotel and Casino, must have a valid Royce Casino Rewards Card, and must not be barred by Royce Casino.
- Participating in this promotion, participants irrevocably and perpetually consent to the use of their name, photographs, videos and/or likeness for promotional purposes by Royce Casino without compensation.
- Royce Casino reserves the right to modify, change and revise the rules, prizes, terms and conditions, and mechanics of this promotion in consultation with PAGCOR or Gaming Licensing and Development Department for regulatory approval. This includes but is not limited to the right to stop temporarily, postponement or terminate the promotion, and/or adjustment of the prize structure, type and distribution at its sole and absolute discretion.
- Any decision made by Royce Casino shall be final, conclusive and binding on all participants of this promotion.
